Full Service Wedding Planning and Design
 
The Pampered Bride team will guide you through the entire wedding planning process: from design and décor conceptualization to managing every detail of the wedding day! This is a comprehensive package designed for the couple seeking the Ultimate Pampered Experience!

         Contract review and negotiation
         Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
         Complete and Comprehensive Event design, theme and décor concept development. We will ensure your wedding design has a cohesive feeling from beginning to end. This includes, but is not limited to, invitations, floral design and décor, day of stationery, lighting, favors, table design, etc.
         Design a mock-up table with all details of design concept incorporated as wedding day approaches
         Assistance in acquiring the perfect stationery, favors and gifts to compliment your wedding design/theme
         Assistance with selection of wedding attire and accessories
         Unlimited recommendations of suitable vendors that will compliment the inspired vision of the event and the specific needs of each client (ie. Photographers, Videographers, Floral Designers, Entertainment, Lighting Specialists etc)
         Arrange vendor appointments and accompany you to vendors when necessary
         Vendor relations: create and manage detailed timeline, production schedule, and itinerary of event for all vendors
         Menu tasting and assistance with menu selections and details
         Final site(s) walk through
         Personalized RSVP tracking, including follow up with non-responders
         Providing information to obtain marriage license and name change
         Guest list management: including assistance with seating charts, guest accommodations, out-of-town guest packages and gifts

Day of Wedding Coordination
 
Perfect for the couple that has done all the planning, but wants to enjoy every aspect their BIG day without having to worry about all the fine details! Pampered Bride Weddings will oversee the final coordination so you can sit back and just enjoy your wedding day.
       Complimentary consultation
       One face to face consultation appointment as wedding day approaches (typically scheduled within two weeks of wedding day). This meeting is necessary in order to accurately communicate your vision.
       Ongoing and unlimited contact with your wedding planner via phone and email
       Preparation of a personalized wedding day itinerary
       Management of vendors for the wedding day, including: confirming arrival times, venue's procedures, details & timeline for event
       Rehearsal coordination and instruction
       Collection of items (if needed) at rehearsal to be brought and set up on wedding day such as: candles, guest book, favors, toasting glasses, place cards, etc.
       Complete wedding day coordination (up to ten hours) with two Day of Coordinators: Overseeing, and directing the ceremony and reception. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
       
o    Making sure that you, your groom and family are comfortable and have all the attention and service you need while getting ready for the big day.
o    Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors
o    Distributing copies of your wedding day itinerary to all vendors
o    Distribution of final payments and gratuities to all vendors
o    Overseeing proper set-up of ceremony location
o    Management of Reception Site Set Up: Assure all centerpieces, favors, place cards and décor are properly placed in accordance with couple's décor plan.
o    Access to essential wedding day emergency kit
o    Assisting with distribution and pinning of all corsages, boutonnieres, wedding flowers and flower baskets.
o    Greeting your guests and directing them to ceremony area
o    Finding and ensuring your flower girl and ring bearer are ready to walk down the aisle. Having candy on hand when he or she begins to cry!
o    Lining up and cueing wedding party for processional
o    Making sure you're ready to walk down the aisle, ensuring you and your dress look absolutely perfect for your entrance
o    Ensuring musicians are cued for correct pace and timing
o    Ensuring you and your bridal party are prepared for post-ceremony formal pictures
o    Ensuring you, your groom and bridal party enjoy the cocktail hour festivities (and food!)
o    Ensuring your music entertainment is prepared for your entrance and has correct pronunciation of the members of your bridal party
o    Making sure your makeup looks perfect throughout entire reception and assisting you in the "ladies room" (because we know that dress is big, beautiful and at times, cumbersome!)
 
“Lavish”
Partial Coordination
 
This package is perfect for the couple who has managed to plan their entire event, but is becoming overwhelmed as the big day gets closer. With this package you can "pass the baton"  and we will ensure all the final details are taken care of!  will begin working with you approximately 3 to 4 months prior to wedding
       Unlimited communication via email and phone with your coordinator/planner
       Vendor referrals for those not yet secured
       An additional four hours of comprehensive planning meetings (in person or via conference call) in which we will discuss budget adjustments, final vendor selections, theme, décor, conduct final walk through of site if necessary, etc. We will offer creative ideas for any special last minute touches you wish to incorporate into your wedding. We will then ensure your wedding has a cohesive feeling and that no design detail has been overlooked.
       Budget assistance
       Final review of all vendor contracts and ongoing communication with and management of vendors regarding their services
       Assist with final checklist to ensure you have accomplished everything on your "to do" list.

“Sweet Design”
 
 
The design team will mix together every detail of your inspiration & vision with our unique design concepts, blending the two together with originality and flair, to produce a customized theme & décor plan. Designed for couples that love to plan, yet have a "sweet tooth" for innovative, inspired design concepts that only  can provide!
 
       By utilizing a thorough "analysis" process, we will develop a unique wedding design for you incorporating elements such as color, texture, dimension, theme, personality, etc.
       Design will allow for a cohesive feeling for your entire event. We will offer suggestions for stationery, favors, florals, linens, table setting, special entertainment, lighting, decorative touches, etc. Design will be created using actual real life samples of design elements. We want you to see and feel your design so that you have confidence in your choices. We will create a table setting for you, displaying your florals, linens, chairs, tableware, lighting, stationery, favors, etc. We will recommend, and act as a liaison on your behalf, with our preferred design specialists so that your vision is accurately communicated and executed.
       Package (without day of coordination service*) includes up to 4 hours of face to face consultation meetings. These sessions will include visits to PBW's design office, your ceremony and reception sites, floral design studio, event lighting office, etc
